Intesa® tablet contain 1200 mg extended release mesalazine, which is an anti inflammatory agent for the treatment of a flare-up ulcerative colitis and/or to help maintain remission (mucosal healing) in patient with ulcerative colitis.
Once-daily dosing may help promote compliance Intesa®1200 mg tablet use a technology called Multi Matrix System (MMX), designed to delay and deliver effective concentrations of mesalazine through out the colon and rectum over an extended time.
